We are the only state inspected sourdough micro-bakery in Lancaster County, providing our community sourdough made with organic, locally grown and milled flour right here in PA! We source our own morels, ramps, figs, persimmons & paw paws as well. Pure ingredients, baked with heart. Follow our journey as we post weekly dough drops and look for us around the Elizabethtown area doing select pop-ups. We're happy you're here.
